What we stitch.

Embroidery isn't one thing — it's a small library of techniques applied to the right job. Here's what we run on a regular basis.

  • Flat embroidery

    Our default. Logos and wordmarks rendered in dense satin and fill stitches that sit flush with the fabric. Best for tight detail, fine lettering, and brand marks customers want to read up close.

  • 3D puff

    The raised crown look you see on snapbacks and trucker hats. We slip a foam underlay beneath the satin so the stitch stands proud of the brim. Bold, broadcast-ready, and the right call for one-color logos and athletic typography.

  • Applique

    Layered fabric panels stitched onto the blank — a tonal way to show a big logo without burying the garment in thread. Great on heavyweight fleece, denim jackets, and any piece that wants texture without weight.

  • Names & numbers

    Roster runs for teams, leagues, and crews. We line up numbering and back yokes the same day as the run so the whole order ships together. Single piece or thirty — the price per stitch is the same.

  • Monograms

    Initials and house marks in classic block, script, or serif. Sized for chest, cuff, or cap front. The right level of personalized for hospitality uniforms, corporate gifts, and bridal-party hoodies.

  • Color-matched thread

    We carry the full Madeira and Robison-Anton libraries, plus PMS reference cards. If your brand spec says PMS 7427, we'll match it. If you bring a fabric swatch, we'll match that too.

How it works

From brief to box.

  1. 01 · Send the brief

    Logo file, blank you want it on, quantity, deadline. Vector preferred but we work from raster too.

  2. 02 · Digitization

    We convert the art into a stitch file by hand — choosing densities, underlay, and pull compensation per panel. Not auto-converted; not a template.

  3. 03 · Sample stitch

    Before the run, we stitch one piece on the actual blank and color you ordered. We email a photo for sign-off. No surprises.

  4. 04 · Production

    Multi-head machines, real thread, single shop floor. Quality-checked by hand before pack-out. Ships from Lompoc.
