Print is the answer when the art has more color, more gradient, or more detail than thread can carry. Here's how that shows up in the jobs we run every week.
Full-color art
Photographs, gradients, multi-color illustrations, brand marks with subtle tones — anything stitch can't do, print can. We pull color out of complex art without flattening it into something else.
Sharp lines
Tight type, fine logos, geometric marks. Every print runs through a registration check before the order ships so the art lands where the brief said it should — no drift, no bleed, no mystery.
Soft hand
We pick the right ink and surface combination so the print feels like part of the garment, not a sticker on top of it. Heathered tees, vintage washes, premium fleece — all handled.
Color-matched art
PMS reference cards on hand. Send a brand spec and we'll match it. Send a swatch and we'll match that too. Color-critical jobs get a press proof before the run.
Single piece or a run
Twelve hats or six garments minimum. Beyond that, no upper limit — we run team kits, brewery merch, festival drops, and standing inventory for clients who reorder monthly.
Front, back, sleeve
Multi-location prints handled in one production pass. Chest plus back yoke, left sleeve hits, front pocket logos — we'll quote the multi-location pricing inside the quote so there are no surprises later.

01 · Send the brief
Art file, blank, quantity, deadline. Vector preferred but raster art works too if it's high-res.
02 · Art prep
We separate, color-match, and lay out your art for the run. We'll flag anything that won't print well before quoting.
03 · Proof
Before the run, you'll get a digital proof showing exactly where the print lands and how the colors come through. No surprises.
04 · Production
Quality-checked by hand before pack-out. Ships from Lompoc. Standard turnaround is one to two weeks; rush available.
