How we work

Custom decoration, end to end.

We work with brands, teams, and small shops. Bring a logo or just an idea. The path from your brief to a folded stack of finished caps is five steps. Here’s how it goes.

  1. A hand taking notes in a notebook next to a finished embroidered cap

    Step one · Contact

    01We talk it through.

Send us a brief, a logo, or just a rough idea. We get on a call or a thread and take notes — who’s wearing it, what the goal is, how many units, when you need it. No commitment, no quote yet. We’re listening.

    • Phone, email, or the quote form, whichever you prefer
    • Tell us the team, the timeline, the constraints
    • We never start the work until we're aligned on the goal
  2. A designer showing logo proposals on a laptop next to an unstitched cap

    Step two · Proposals

02We bring ideas to the table.

Within one business day we come back with options. Recommended blanks, colorway pairings, stitch counts and pricing, and digital mockups of your logo on the actual product. You pick the direction; we refine.

    • Digital mockups so you see thread, not pixels
    • Recommended blank brands paired to your run size
    • Itemized pricing with stitch count and unit cost
  3. A printed logo proof held up against a finished embroidered cap

    Step three · Sample

03We sample it for your approval.

Once you sign off on the direction, we stitch a sample on the real blank. You see the actual hand of the fabric, the thread color in real light, the stitch density. Approve it, request changes, or pivot — your call before we run the production.

    • Real sample on the real blank, not a mockup
    • Free first-run digitizing baked in
    • Pivot at this stage, not after production
  4. A multi-head Tajima embroidery machine running multiple navy caps

    Step four · Production

    04We run the production.

Sample approved, the run goes on the machine. Garment-tested before sew-out, up to fifteen thread colors per logo, twelve thousand stitches per design. We watch every batch — first piece, mid-piece, last piece — so the hundredth cap looks like the first.

    • Up to 15 thread colors per design
    • 12,000 stitch cap per logo
    • First-and-last piece inspection on every run
  5. A hand placing an embroidered cap on a kraft-paper-wrapped stack

    Step five · Delivery

    05We deliver, folded and ready.

Production done, we fold and tag everything by size, wrap by run, and either hand it to you in the workshop or ship it to your team. Your art stays on file for the reorder. No surprises, no delivery drama.

    • Sized, labeled, packaged ready to distribute
    • Pick up in Lompoc or ship anywhere
    • Reorders run faster, your art is on file
